E-commerce Business Development - Dutch speaker in Heerlen

Wat ga je doen?

As a Business Development intern, you will assist in performing the whole range of customer service activities that are needed to execute the operational side of a fast-growing e-commerce company. In addition, you'll help grow the customer base in the Netherlands by engaging in marketing activities for a variety of marketing channels. You're actively searching out new opportunities to increase brand awareness in the Dutch market.

Some things you can expect:

  • Responding to inquiries from customers and suppliers by emails and calls.
  • Delivering professional and high-quality service and assistance before and after sales.
  • Interacting with the different departments/teams in the company to ensure quick resolution of the queries.
  • Developing marketing campaigns such as Google Text Ads
  • Developing new ideas to grow our brand awareness and customer base

Wat wij vragen:

  • Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau
  • Passion for working within an E-commerce industry
  • Multitasking should be one of your assets.
  • Eager to meet challenges and quick to assimilate new concepts.
  • Dutch native speaker. Highly proficient in English.
  • Comfortable with working in an international start-up environment.
  • Studying Business, communication or another relevant degree at a higher institution.
