Help us change the international game of small wind and sustainable energy

The Flower wind Tulip is designed to produce clean energy at low starting speeds from any direction, while still allowing people to live next to it. Peaceful and quiet, unlike other wind turbines. Flower Turbines LLC & BV produces and sells small wind turbines. We are an young innovative company that has raised more than 0,5 mln in crowd funding in the US. We have a unique aerodynamic technology and hold several patents and have used that to build a beautiful wind turbine looking like flower. We have been selected by nr 1 accelerator in NL (PortXL) and have signed up our first contracts. We intend to change the market for small wind from occasional one at a time sales to mass production thereby contributing to sustainable energy.

Wat ga je doen?

  • As a intern you are going to multi task and work on projects that:
  • find, activate, and support international distribution agents in EU
  • help build a coherent identity and enhance brand awareness in European markets
  • projectmanagement related tasks, thereby being a liaison between our installation partners and customers ensuring that sold turbines are quickly operational;
  • make our first customers proud customers and spread their story.
  • Of course you wil be supported by the manager. Together we can make a difference!

  • Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • You have a can-do mentality, are eager to learn, and are pro-active

  • You have good command of the Dutch & English language and preferable an othe rlanguage as well

Extra informatie

The company is a startup and is already getting a lot of traction from the market. We have signed our first contracts in EU and are following up B2B commercial projects as well as trying to find partners for installation and international distribution.

We are also building a consistent corporate tone of voice and message and are hoping to spread the word and get a lot of free press. Vision and operational growth should go hand in hand with building a supportive structure of processes and nice to work with team.

As a marketing project intern based in our Rotterdam office you will be helping to grow the company internationally and in the Netherlands and assist with and assure that our first customers become ambassadors.
