At Jump we are making staffing smart. One of the most painful jobs for event organisers, retailers and marketing managers, finding great front-line staff is boring, time-consuming yet critically important the success of the business. We use technology and smart algorithms to find the best people for the job and match them to jobs perfect for them. But… We are nothing without our great staff! Therefore, we are looking to grow our recruitment team with talented recruitment / operations interns.


We are an experienced team of former strategy consultants, venture investors, developers & designers building this from scratch, and are looking for talented operations interns to join us.

We are looking for an intern that can take a leading role in growing our business. You will have a unique chance to take ownership and responsibility, finding great staff, attending recruitment events, and learning how to source from different online & offline channels, screen the best candidates and help build our internal recruitment processes. To our staff, you are the face of our brand. You will have an enormous impact and need to enjoy to be a self-starter and work independently, supporting directly the COO (experienced ex-McKinsey consultant and Venture capitalist) to make this happen.

Success in this role means maximizing the impact of our recruitment investment to optimize new user acqusition, optimise screening procedures and build a great brand for people to work with Jump in London and the rest of the UK.


  • Identify, prioritize and target effective online and offline recruitment channels
  • Help manage the recruitment budget and tracking across the different channels
  • Work with the analytical marketing and product team to automate the different recruitment strategies
  • Attend recruitment events to source new leads and gather staff feedback
  • Set up referral and brand ambassador schemes, competitions and incentives
  • Organise and coordinate the recruitment process and onboarding procedures
  • Act as the first point of contact for new and existing staff, and manage all staff communications
  • Co-develop recruitment material and products to improve conversion, based on staff feedbacks
