Over the past 40 years, ECR Research has grown to become one of Europe’s leading independent research providers. We sell our research to professional investors, bankers, and board members in the financial services industry across Europe. Convincing these high-level professionals is a challenge, but we have developed a successful strategy and continue to grow. Our research is read by over 3,000 professionals worldwide, and we operate from a modern office in the center of Utrecht (above the Bijenkorf) with a team of 30 enthusiastic colleagues.
What Will You Learn?
This is a practical, hands-on internship where you will develop key sales and business development skills. You will learn how to identify and engage potential clients, use online tools for lead generation, and support our senior account managers in securing new business opportunities.

Your activities will include:
- Qualifying and following up on warm leads from our marketing team.
- Booking online demo meetings by telephone for senior account managers with CFOs and Chief Investment Officers.
- Supporting email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns to generate new leads.
- Using CRM tools (LinkedIn, Sugar CRM, email, and phone) to track and engage prospects.
- Learning to conduct your own product demonstrations for potential clients.
