Drilling Tools International, a global supplier to the energy industry, is looking for a driven and creative intern to join our young and energetic Amsterdam office. This internship is perfect for someone passionate about marketing, business strategy, and organizational transformation.
You’ll get your hands dirty with real projects that matter — from shaping social media content to analyzing our business strategy and helping manage organizational change on an international level.
What You'll Work On
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn and other platforms
- Design and measure results of social media campaigns
- Set-up new sales funnels and email marketing flows
- Enable cross-company effective sales training
- Conduct strategic analysis of DTI’s business units
- Support change management and integration for portfolio of companies by doing literature research and provide insight
- Organize and optimize our internal “happy flow”
- Support our in-house production team to create new content

Who We’re Looking For
- Studying Business Administration, Marketing, Strategic Management, International Business, or a related field
- Fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English
- Proactive attitude and not afraid to suggest bold ideas
- Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Enjoys thinking strategically and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
