Wat ga je doen?
What will you do?
In this versatile internship, you will work in an organized and detail-oriented manner to relieve the sales team, enabling them to fully focus on acquiring new clients. Your tasks will include:
- Lead management and qualification: Writing pre-qualifying emails or making calls to better qualify poorly defined or vague leads.
- Administrative support: Accurately updating and managing tasks in HubSpot, such as checking overdue actions, sending reminders, and rescheduling follow-up actions.
- Deal stage management: Ensuring deal stages in HubSpot are always up-to-date and moving deals to the correct stages.
- Following up on cold leads: Calling leads in the “tried to contact” stage and scheduling appointments for the sales team if contact is successful.
- Form management: Ensuring JotForm submissions are fully completed, filling in missing information, and following up on incomplete forms when necessary.

Who are you?
You are a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated intern who:
- Has a keen eye for detail and doesn’t overlook administrative tasks.
- Excels at organizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Can work independently while also functioning well within a team.
- Has an affinity for sales and marketing processes.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is a plus.
