Employer Branding of the Marriott International Hotels in The Benelux meaning:

Content Creation: Create and manage content for internal and external communication, including employee newsletters, social media channels, job descriptions, and marketing materials for school career events.

Social Media Management: Managing social media channels to promote job vacancies, highlight employee experiences and share updates about the company's initiatives with a strong focus on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.

Website Management: Will be responsible the ongoing management of the Marriott Benelux Website, ensuring all the content is up to date and that SEO practices are carried out. Link to website - https://www.ourbeneluxhotels.com/

Recruitment Marketing: Assist in developing recruitment marketing campaigns and strategies to drive traffic to the company's website and social media channels. Additionally you help with organizing some exiting recruitment events.

Stakeholder Management: Assist in aligning all stakeholders involved in the employer branding project, ensuring they are kept up to date and informed on all changes and requests related to the project.

Who are you?

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field. Passionate about employer branding and communication.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
• You are available for a period of approximately 20 weeks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• You are proficient in using social media platforms, design programs like Canva and Adobe, and Microsoft Office tools.
