• Conduct in-depth research on the guest experience journey, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement. 

• Conduct Guest and Hospitality Interviews

• Build Guest Experience Blueprints: Utilize your research findings and interview insights to create comprehensive guest experience blueprints. 

• Support the acquisition and onboarding of major hospitality clients by building out guest experience app templates. 

• Support Marketing and Sales Campaigns

Extra informatie

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Tourism/Travel, Hospitality, or Marketing.

• Passion for understanding and improving the guest experience journey.

• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to conduct guest and hospitality interviews.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
