What are you going to do
- Launch and generate daily social media content that meets marketing & brand objectives
- Create new ways to generate leads
- Do market & customer analysis for market trends and translate this into relevant actions
- Set up the product pages using the brand-specific tone of voice
- Monitor the tone of voice on the content & landing pages
- Support with marketing activities in the webshop
- Support with conversion activities on the website
- Monitor discussion forums: Increase engagement, watch for customer feedback, facilitate online conversations, and respond to questions, comments, etc.
- Make sure customer service feedback is accurate and in line with the brand
- Be proactive in customer contact in case of delayed deliveries or negative/escalate experiences
- Work according to applicable KPI & SLA standards
- Make improvement proposals based on reviews and customer feedback
What are you good at
- You are currently enrolled as a student (HBO or University) in Communication, Marketing, Media or another related study
- +1 year relevant study assignments or experience
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
- You invest in a strong knowledge base and application of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Curiosity about new technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Excellent multitasking ability, excellent organizational skills and flexibility
- You are very excited about this work and you have the ability to adapt
- Comfortable with presenting digital insights
- You are proactive, independent and have a hands-on mentality with an eye for detail
- You have strong oral and written communication skills, pay attention to detail and are accurate
- You are communicative and service-oriented
- Affinity with retail and cosmetics
