What do we need:
We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven marketing intern to join our excellent team. The marketing intern will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads and participating in meetings. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.

To be successful as a markeeting intern, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to plan and implement marketing strategies. In our view outstanding marketing interns are problem solvers who know how to create  practical and efficient marketing campaigns, creating positive brand awarness that will be able to create new leads.

Spectrum Intelligence needs your enthusiasm and skills in order to move to the next stage of making a social impact with social entrepreneurship and technology. The ideal intern will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team. You will gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team.

• Suggest and record improvements on our Marketing Strategy and propose actions in a short and long time period (Mainly marketing campaigns)   
• Prepare marketing presentations based on company needs
• Participate in team brainstorms
• Search and provide support for Public Relations related events
• Help with Press Releases for major milestones of Spectrum Intelligence
• Assist with social media management, which includes sending direct messages, maintaining 100% response rate to comments, and searching for interesting and inspiring content.
• Monitor and manage the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as needed
• Assist with elaboration of social media analytics reports.
• Help with the creation of recurrent newsletters
• Develop tools and methods for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires
• Create graphic representations of data and translate ideas and concepts into easily readable content (i.e. infographics) for our clients and stakeholders
• Meet and make connections with customers, ask questions and listen to customer needs, then give options and advice on meeting those needs
• Draft pitches, actively conduct outreach and engage with clients
• Measuring consumer satisfaction 

Who are you?

• University/College student or graduated in Marketing, English, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields
• Have the ability to take direction but can confidently work autonomously
• Have strong ability to multi-task and adapt easily in new environments and situations 
• Mastering English and Dutch Languages
