Luxottica Intern - training analysis

Work with great fashion brands such as Oakley and Ray Ban! Luxottica Group is the market leader in eyewear and sunglasses and has an extensive brand portfolio with internationally renowned brands. Besides Ray-Ban, Luxottica owns Oakley, Persol and Vogue Eyewear and also produces the eyewear collections for several major fashion houses such as Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana and Prada. As an Intern in the North Europe Training team you will be supporting to execute the global and local training strategies, assist with actions that ensure the timely implementation of training activities, and provide robust and regular reporting to show engagement of learners across Luxottica Retail and Wholesale channels to further the use of our Leonardo learning platform.

To apply for and be successful in this role, the candidate must:

  • Be a current student at HBO or WO work and thinking level;
  • Residency in the Netherlands (preferably in / close to Amsterdam);
  • have good spoken and written English & Dutch;
  • have proven excel skills (up to and including pivot tables/ X or V-lookup, formulas, chart creation etc);
  • have demonstrable organizational skills and ability to work independently;
  • able to clearly present data and facts in a simple and organized way;
  • have a demonstrable interest in training.
