 You will help us to recruit the best talents available by:

1. Collecting/creating/updating new internship vacancies.
2. Screening resumes and matching applicants to suitable internships.
3. Communication with both applicants and internship managers.
4. Performing/supporting interviews.
5. Onboarding new employees.
6. Using your knowledge/experience and creativity to improve our recruitment and talent acquisition methods, employee journey and experience, etc.

 The IT Internship Desk is a small but hard working, multicultural and cheerful team which started in October 2017 within ABN AMRO. From then on, we have been responsible for collecting and creating IT internship assignments in collaboration with the finest managers in the business in order to recruit outstanding interns. Furthermore, we help HR to recruit future talents for different departments besides IT as well. Therefore, we provide a wide range of internships with different functions in order to attract more young talents to work with us. In a nutshell, we believe there is always room for improvement and self-development. • You are at least a 4^th year BSc (HBO) student.
• Your study covers Human Resource (Recruitment and Selection). We don’t want just affinity with the subjects mentioned before, we want you to love them, to be able to see yourself in the future as a great expert on them and beyond!
• Self-motivated learner: you are curious about new knowledge and eager to make it yours.
• Coop-player: because we share everything; responsibilities, laughs, coffee, ups and downs, and of course success!
• Proactive: there’s a lot to do, most of it we haven’t even thought about it yet!
• Communicative and open: with us, with our applicants, with other co-workers, with everyone.
• Multitasker: in the middle of your everyday work some wild priorities may appear, and they must be treated accordingly.
• Precise: we work not to fail but to make the errors something uncommon in our day by day, and above all, to learn from them.
• IT affinity: after all, you will be working within the IT office of ABN AMRO.
• Dutch speaker: is not necessary but could be a great avail.
