The goal of Clearing Operations is to make client’s business easy, reliable and secure. By working together we are responsible for processing approximately 15 million transactions on average per day. We offer you an internship for (max) 9 months within the Client Operations or Processing team, which can consist of a dedicated working internship or a working assignment in combination with your graduation thesis for Hogeschool or University.

Processing is our face to technology. The team is responsible for optimizing the processes and is focussed on automation and digitalisation. Processing has deep knowledge of our products, systems and processes. Moreover, Processing is the entry point to the day-to-day client business. The team knows and understands the full transaction flow. Here you can think of Corporate Actions, Reconciliations, Settlements, etcetera. Processing monitors this flow and when necessary solves errors and exceptions, to improve client service. Finally, Processing ensures a robust and predictable process which will be monitored. Processes aim to be straight through accompanied by exception handling and according to agreed service level agreements.Client Operations is our face to the client. The team is responsible for communication with clients regarding operational services. The team understands the client's business and goes the extra mile to improve the customer experience. Moreover, Client Operations is the entry point to the client for all operational queries. To continuously improve the quality of service there will be a constant client feedback loop. AACB is looking for a variety of employees.
