We are looking for an intern for our M&A team in Utrecht. M&A has a strategic priority for TSS given the ambitions to drive further geographical expansion in Europe. In the past three years, our M&A team has closed over 30 acquisitions including several international acquisitions in Europe. The dedicated M&A professionals have a background in private equity, corporate development, corporate finance advisory, M&A legal and financial transaction support.
We are looking for an intern for one of the
two M&A teams. In more detail, the function offers the following opportunities
with a potential outlook to start as an analyst after the internship:
- 6 months position based in Utrecht, the Netherlands
- Qualitative and quantitative review of Benelux, UK and Mid/South European targets
- Data base extraction and validation of
company information (e.g. target profiling)
- Valuation and financial analysis of
potential targets (IRR calculation, LBO modelling, DCF calculation based on
different scenarios
- Business case outline drafting
- Support in data gathering, entry and
assistance in due diligence processes
- Support in ad hoc M&A related
activities
The intern will be a full team member and
will be extensively involved in the ongoing and potential M&A processes.
The function offers the opportunity to work in a very dynamic environment, work
closely with experienced M&A professionals and an executive management team
which is actively involved in the M&A processes as investment committee.
