Internship Customer Loyalty in Den Haag

De (financiële) wereld is de afgelopen jaren ingrijpend veranderd. Mede daardoor is de verzekeringsmarkt continu in beweging. Met onze producten en diensten willen we bij Aegon mensen in staat stellen financieel gezond oud te worden.

Beschrijving

Functie As an intern you will be working on a broad array of projects. Your main project will be to set up a (digital) global Best Practice Sharing database and/or platform (e.g. on our global intranet and/or sharepoint enviromenment) to drive global adoption of successful practices in the field of customer loyalty, - experience and NPS (Net Promoter Score). Another project you will be working on entails for example a yearly program “The Global Aegon Awards”, interviewing people from different countries and levels to write down their best practices and sharing those practices among all Aegon countries via our communities, intranet, newsletters and our global magazine on Customer Experience. You will also be involved in numerous smaller day-to-day activities and projects aimed at helping our Aegon Countries all over the world to improve the experience they deliver to our customers.
