The Food and Beverage Management internship is never the same. So you got to love some change. And food. And Beverages! This is your chance to get to know everything there is to know about managing our F&B outlets, including operational and non-operational aspects. It certainly involves so much more than you can imagine. You will be responsible to support the F&B Management with running a smooth operation and providing a consistent high level of service to our guests
and colleagues. Ensuring that nothing is lacking for the guests and if necessary handling problems, complaints and/or questions give you even more opportunities for personal development. Since the schedule is adapted to the business needs, every day may vary. Even on the day itself, it can happen that you will be supporting not only one, but multiple events in each of the outlets.
 
What else will you be doing?
Support the Food and Beverage Manager with administrative tasks and projects. The projects and events that you are responsible for depend on the business and are therefore subject to change. Analysing guest satisfaction results and implementing a plan of action to improve performance is one example. You may also put your planning and organizing skills to the test with events or contribute to marketing activities like creating and executing social media plans.
