Short Job Description
To be a successful Reservations Trainee you will work closely with the Reservations Team to ensure that our outstanding state of the art product with floor to ceiling glass frontages is successfully introduced and launched in the Amsterdam marketplace. You need to have excellent communication skills and be confident in delivering exceptional customer service via telephone and email. You will have a real commitment to deliver for the customer and excellent attention to detail.
You speak English and Dutch, preferably a third language such as French or Spanish as well.
