We are looking for the top scholars in the Netherlands. Are you a genuine analyst and good with numbers? Do you have a strong business sense, excellent social skills and plenty of confidence? Do you enjoy working in a team setting and are you in the final phase of your academic career? Then we are looking for you.
Candidates need to fulfil the following requirements:
- University education (preferably Master students) with excellent grades
- Relevant extracurricular activities
- A proven affinity with finance and investment banking
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing (Dutch and English)
- No 9 to 5 mentality
Our clients are large corporate companies and private equity firms. They are looking for strategic opportunities and consulting in the field of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, fairness opinions and valuations, IPO’s and share issuances. Sector Origination is primarily responsible for bringing in transactions, while Corporate Finance & Capital Markets is the specialist department focusing on the execution of these transactions.
