Job Description

Summary: The Summer Assistant Intern is under the direction of the Junior Course Co-ordinator. The Summer Assistant Intern will provide administrative and office support for the staff. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: The duties of this role are inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

 Provide assistance in our Holland Road location

 Provide administration assistance to the Junior Course Co-ordinator

 Assist staff with day to day duties of the school

 Assist with other operational duties

 Collating documents

 Answering calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate staff member

 Assisting with student/teacher general enquiries

Requirements: This position requires multi-tasking skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure. Excellent level of English, interpersonal and communications skills are required. Attention to detail is vital. Demonstrated agility to shift direction in response to changing work situations is critical. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience. Minimum Secondary or High school education required. Compensation and Schedule: Internships are unpaid. However, Sprachcaffe will provide 15 hour of English tuition per week and will help Interns to find cheap accommodation.
