JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Provide key support in the Allocation / buying & merchandising team of the Karl Lagerfeld Outlet channel.

Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the allocator on initial stock and replenishment orders
  • Ensure a correct transmission from buy-plan to allocation
  • Assist on in-season analysis on our store and product data
  • Keep a close communication with our stores
  • Analysis and communication of sales data
  • Produce and prepare all in-sales reports (best sellers, efficiency etc.)
  • Store database maintenance
  • Support preparing presentations of the division based on merchandising & product
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks

MAIN RELATIONSHIPS

  • Retail operations
  • Buying / merchandise team

SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor degree in fashion or Business degree
  • Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written

PROFILE

  • Numerical skills
  • Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Has an eye for detail and consistency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must
  • Interest & passion for the fashion industry
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months or preferably a year
  • Start date beginning of August
