Project intern Interclean China and Rematec Asia in Amsterdam

RAI Amsterdam is looking for a student with a high service level and strong social skills for the position of: Project trainee Interclean China and Rematec Asia. The teams are responsible for organizing the Interclean and Rematec exhibitions organized in China and Amsterdam. These are the leading exhibitions in the field of professional cleaning and automotive remanufacturing and attract visitors from all over the world. You will contribute to the shows taking place in Guangzhou and Beijing however operate from our office in Amsterdam.
 

• You will explore new market segments for Interclean and Rematec by conducting market research;
• You support the team in marketing, sales en operational tasks such as plan en monitor sub-events, support en develop activities and maintain external en international contacts.
• You will be in close contact with exhibitors to guide them towards the show. You will contact them to find out the progress of their preparation and help them where support can be provided.
• You reply to information requests from colleagues, international customers and relations, by phone, e-mail and in person

• A Bachelor student with interest in sales, international business and event management;
• You are fluent in English (both in speaking and writing). Knowledge of the Mandarin language is a must. Your English will be tested during the selection process;
• You are an enthusiastic, independent person. You take initiative and are a hard worker with a commercial way of thinking;
• You are precise, diligent and accurate;
