Intern Logistic Operations and Procurement in Amsterdam

THE ROLE

The Intern Logistic Operations & Procurement will support the Operations team in day to day tasks within Operations and Procurement. You will work closely together with internal and external stakeholders to make sure that all order operations run smoothly. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support of operation wholesale and retail team in all aspects of Order Entry, reporting, export documents,
• Order Book management/Stock reports/Preparation of export documentations for COC.
• Ad hoc administration tasks
• Logistics/Reverse Logistics
• Operations, Sales, Retail Stores, Production Merchandising, Finance. Warehouse/Forwarders

PROFILE

• Fashion, Retail or related studies
• Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Numerical skills
• Excel Skills – Pivots/V-lookups/basic calculations
• Strong Service Orientation
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Very Strong Multi-Tasking skills must
• Ability to work independently
