As Office Assistant you will organize and coordinate administrative and office duties. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment. LG Sonic offers an exciting internship with a lot of flexibility. You will work in a young, diverse and multicultural team of 20 people.
- receiving guests (taking care of coffee / tea)
- arranging lunch
- picking up the telephone
- archiving documents
- processing incoming mail and email
- ordering office supplies
- HR related tasks
- booking flights/hotels for colleagues
Even organizing team activities will be part of your job. In short, all types of duties that ensure a pleasant workplace!
