About the job and its activities.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial reports, budgets, cost reports and financial forecasts on a regular basis.
• Perform month-end closing activities according to month-end schedule.
• Participate in P&L reviews and improve existing processes.
• Investigate in case of queries from Country controlling team and proactively check for abnormalities.
• Prepare system/interface reconciliations in terms of all possible categories (accounts/cost centers).
• Prepare/process accruals and provisions if necessary.
• Master the financial transparency in line with IFRS and DP DHL policy.

Activities may vary depending on country or scope (Regional and/or Global Controlling activities). The list of activities is not exhaustive.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
