Wat ga je doen?

-Run the day-to-day operations of our properties-

-Be the contact person for service suppliers and tenants

-Respond promptly to daily operational issues

-Conduct regular building inspections

-Maintain updated records of property inventory, utilities, and key management systems.

-Be on-site one week per month to inspect the properties and engage with residents.

Your qualifications

• Passion and relevant experience in real estate management is a plus

• Fluency in French and English is required; German and Dutch are a plus.

• Flexibility and attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on, proactive mindset.

• Ability to work under strict deadlines and ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.

• Interest in property operations, tenant relations, and delivering a high-quality living experience.

• Comfortable using mobile apps, property management software, or CRM tools.

• Ideally, possession of a driving license.
