Ready to live and work abroad in sunny Granada, Spain for a year? This full-time Dutch-speaking paid traineeship, offered through YoungCapital, is your chance to build solid skills in payroll, HR, and technology and grow into a confident payroll consultant.

From day one, you’ll get practical with real payroll processing using leading HR systems like AFAS and SAP. You’ll support Dutch companies in improving their payroll operations, gaining valuable experience that’ll make your CV stand out in the competitive payroll specialist job market.

You’ll start by learning the basics of Dutch payroll administration and labor law, earning your BKL certificate early on. As the traineeship progresses through several phases, you’ll deepen your expertise by completing the Practical Diploma Payroll (PDL), sharpening your advisory and communication skills, and becoming confident using payroll software like SAP and AFAS.

Over time, you’ll take on more complex challenges - managing payroll projects, leading payroll system rollouts, and advising clients on improving their payroll processes. The program wraps up with an internship at top Dutch organizations, where you’ll apply your skills in real-world settings and complete a practical assignment that demonstrates your readiness for the field.

Because this role involves Dutch payroll regulations and close collaboration with Dutch-speaking clients and colleagues, strong Dutch language skills are essential.

Throughout your time in Granada, Spain, you’ll gain not only technical payroll knowledge but also valuable soft skills like consultancy, project management, and client communication.
