What will you be doing?
- Greet guests and provide a smooth, friendly arrival experience
- Assist with concierge services: restaurant bookings, transportation, local tips, helping guest with luggage, supporting group arrivals.
- Assist with Guest Relations duties: preparing VIP list and amenities for the VIP rooms, assisting guests in the lobby, arranging special occasions.
- Respond to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Support Front Office with daily operations and guest communications
- Keep lobby and public spaces welcoming and orderly"
Are you the perfect match? - Currently studying Hospitality or Tourism (MBO/HBO level)
- Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus
- Warm, proactive, and service-oriented personality
- Available for 6 months, full-time
- EU passport or valid NL work/study permit
