Gain hands-on finance experience across accounting, tax, and compliance. Support processes, improve workflows, and learn in a dynamic, global team.
Phase 1: Accounting Operation Handover
Assist in the creation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Draft process workflows to help streamline accounting operations.
Phase 2: Month-End Close
Take an active role in specific month-end close activities, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Reconcile key accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze financial data to support ad-hoc projects, audits, and tax reporting.
Phase 3: Tax and Compliance
Review purchase invoices for accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
Prepare necessary journal entries or adjustments.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure invoice compliance and maintain quality standards.
