Internship in HR Department Bioventus

Beschrijving

The challenge for you:

-Support HR administration and payroll and its
related correspondence

-Support on HR Internal communication;

-Coordinate and support recruitment and
selection (agencies, student organizations, LinkedIn);

-Coordinate and support recruitment and selection (agencies, jobvite, LinkedIn)

-Assist in admin work in our HR information
system (Workday);

-Contributing to the continuous improvement of
HR systems and practices;

-Contribute to new HR initiatives and
policies;

-Contribute to improve employer branding of
-Bioventus in several markets;

-Involved in national and international HR
projects such as our Employee Ambassador Program, introduction program and talent development.

Skills and Interest:

-Contribute to the (international) and ambitious organization and culture

-Interest in HR policies, labor law and recruitment

-Interest in executing HR administration and payroll

-Project management skills;

-Database management skills in the use of our HR information systems

-Excel skills and attention for detail;

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Dutch);

-As a person you are open, service minded, eager to learn, focused and structured;

-Able to deal with and enjoy working on the broad range of topics and actions, prioritize and execute on the top level that is required;

-3rd year bachelor student in Human Resource Management or equivalent (HBO/WO).

-Pragmatic, hands-on, multi-cultural, results orientated personality
