THE PROGRAM
Duration: 10 months
- Comprehensive trainee program in which you get exposure to Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Back Office, Management
- Be part of a great MEININGER community where you will be in contact with our colleagues from Region West (NL, BE, DK)
- Career coaching, performance & development feedback to support you on your career path
- Assisting the managers with exciting and challenging projects, such as implement systems and improve processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Hospitality student and maybe already have some hospitality experience
- Passion for hospitality and strong motivation to develop a career in the industry
- Potential for leadership and aspiration to create an impact as a manager at MEININGER
- Curiosity and ability to quickly acquire new skills and competencies
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure or in situations of uncertainty
- Strong focus on results and understanding of the business
- Excellent communication skills
- Cultural savvy and international mindset
- You have very good written and spoken English skills, other languages are an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of hotel booking software is an advantage
