PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Provide support in day-to-day tasks within the Retail Buying/Allocation department with a focus on Full Price online business.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Buying team in all aspects of planning, buying, in-season sales and stock management
  • Support the allocator on initial stock and replenishment order
  • Analysis and communication of sales, stock and sell through performance
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support collection launches monitoring the product lifestyle from launch to sale
  • Ad hoc administration tasks

MAIN RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Retail Operations, Ecommerce and Digital teams, Product Divisions

SKILLS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Fashion, retail or business-related studies
  • Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Numerical skills
  • An eye for details and consistency 
  • Familiar with MS Office, especially XLS and PPT

PROFILE

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Interest & passion for the fashion industry
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months 

Start Date: March 1

It is a requirement that you are enrolled in a university or school program, are available for a period of 6 months.
