JOB SUMMARY/ PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Brand Digital Marketing Intern will support the Digital Marketing departments in the execution of all brand digital marketing activities across paid social, search, and affiliates. He or she will report to the Digital Marketing Specialist and work closely with the rest of the Digital Marketing team and the Ecommerce team.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Planning and organizing the digital calendars to be aligned with the trade marketing calendar and ensure consistency throughout the different channels
  • Coordinating paid media copy translations through internal reviewers and external translation agencies.
  • Creating and completing seasonal paid social campaign briefs, to be shared with an external paid media agency.
  • Reviewing and giving feedback on paid media campaign previews before launch.
  • Creating end campaign reports with insightful performance results and comments to understand learnings and key opportunities for future upcoming campaigns.
  • Prepare and format presentations for different projects.
  • Compile benchmarking and analyze the content for media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Display)
  • Support the team in gathering and reviewing paid media creative assets (banners & videos) and providing in-detail feedback.
  • We are organizing folders & assets on the internal server to keep a clear and consistent folder structure.
  • Support on small graphic design tasks (resizing assets, creating mockups,
  • Manage and pre-approve UGC visuals.
  • Reviewing and improving daily working documents (creative and copy brief templates, internal decks).
  • Collaborating with internal (key-) stakeholders and external agencies with whom we work on a day-to-day basis to ensure fluid communication and excellent teamwork.

SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Need to be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period
  • Keen knowledge of digital marketing and communication channels (paid, owned, earned)
  • Experience with premium brands or the luxury sector is preferable

  • Experience with premium brands or the luxury sector is preferable
  • Previous marketing internship preferred
  • Experience and proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Experience and proficiency in Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written, and ideally French, Italian, or German speaking

MAIN REQUIREMENT: Be enrolled at a university or another school program for the entire duration of the internship

HOURS OF WORK: 40 full-time

START DATE: 15th February 2023

Duration: 6 to 12 months
