HBO/WO Internship:Benchmark/Teardown, Cost Model on e-Mobility Component in Eindhoven

We are looking for a student who will be mainly concerned with dismantling parts, mesuring and analysing them, doing deskresearch about CO2 and contribute to zero emission saving the data in Excel and drawing conclusions and building a cost model with this conclusions during the internship at the MCE purchasing Benchmark & Teardown department.
We are flexible and adaptive with the assigment for the student's wishes and requirements from the schools.

Jouw profiel

We are looking for someone who is:

• Studying Electric/Electronic, Automotive, Machine Learning, Data Science or a similar direction;
• Drive to reduce CO2 and contribute to zero emission;
• Combining theory and practice;
• Seeking the fun-side in complex systems;
• Analytic, self-starter eager to learn, cost awareness, technical oriented.

Afdeling

We are MCE Material Cost Excellence part of PACCAR Purchasing Europe and play a central role between suppliers, product, purchasing and product development on cost management. With a enthusiastic team we have fun in checking the internet/databases plus taking trucks and components apart, learn, take pictures and try to turn the lessons learned into a method or model. Combining academic/theoretic and practical skills we learn from current projects, our competion and suppliers. Events, workshops and teardown sessions are essential to our work.
