Would you like an international internship involves assisting with HR administration, updating employee files and recruitment in a young and ambitious scale-up company? This is your change!

Wat ga je doen?

You will be able to learn areas of diverse HR-related topics, such as People & Culture, like Talent Acquisition, performance management, payroll process for multiple countries, data tracking, and assisting with employee training & development and retention activities. In our HR Team, you will also have the opportunity to support sustainable employability, employee satisfaction, labour law issues, job classification and setting up a culture program.

Do you like to have a lot of responsibility? Next to HR, you will also be focusing on Recruitment. 

The internship involves the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR administration and employee files.

  • Support People & Culture administrators with payroll processes.
  • Creating, updating, and coordinating candidate pipeline in preparation for interview dates.
  • Plans and schedules interviews with candidates.
  • Prepares the offer letter package and distributes it to the candidate with all pre-employment paperwork.
  • People and Culture projects.
