In 2019, KARL LAGERFELD joined as a founding member of the Fashion Pact, a global sustainability initiative seeking to transform the fashion industry through objectives in three areas: climate, biodiversity, and ocean protection.


Cross-Functional role reporting to communication, marketing & e-com teams to maximize brand content production and use across all direct-to-consumer communication platforms.


Key responsibilities:

  • Campaign 360 digital/PR briefs (organic & paid social, newsletter, KARL.COM, Press)
  • Collect company stakeholders’ assets requirements ahead of all seasonal campaigns to conceive 360 creative briefs.
  • Partner closely with in-house creative producers on campaign roadmaps, timings, and briefing tools conception.
  • Coordination of reception and delivery of all assets and content to be produced within a project (Photo and video assets, copy, etc)
  • Conception and redaction of detailed storytelling and storyboard before production of shootings.

A/ Content production coordination

  • Set up briefing meetings with in-house creative teams & freelancers.
  • Partner closely with e-commerce & buying teams to align on product availabilities ahead of shootings.
  • Assist Image Manager on pre/post-production and during shootings.
  • Partner closely with the e-com team to ensure seamless customer experience on all digital platforms.
  • Responsible for creative assets ‘quality checks and feedback.

B/ Licenses and brand image diversification support

  • Partner closely with the Image Manager on licenses projects development.
  • Following up on license partners' content creation and production.

Community management

  • Partner closely with the Digital Communication Manager on the conception of a monthly editorial calendar
  • Post creative assets on all KL social media platforms
  • Partner closely with the digital marketing team on paid media campaign roadmap
  • Monitor social media performances and conversations on a daily basis via social listening tools


  • Good knowledge and execution skills in web design tools (Photoshop, InDesign…)
  • Interest in Fashion, Luxury, and Retail industry
  • Good knowledge of the social media landscape
  • Project management skills (sense of organization, respect for deadlines), good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Team player (ability to embark on a variety of stakeholders on a project)
  • Agility, flexibility
  • Analytics skills (knowledge of social listening tools – Hootsuite, Socialbakers) is a plus
  • Client-centric mindset
  • Fluent in English, willing to work in an international environment
