THE ROLE:

The Intern Procurement will support the Operations team in day-to-day tasks within Operations and Procurement. You will work closely together with internal and external stakeholders to make sure that all order operations run smoothly.

Requirements

Key responsibilities:

  • Purchase order placement and management, maintaining availability dates, etc
  • Monitoring inbound flow to eliminate delays
  • Master data upload and maintenance including landed costs etc.
  • Close contact with warehouse to ensure smooth inbound of goods in a timely manner
  • Ad hoc administration tasks
  • Logistics/ Reverse Logistics.

Profile:

  • Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Numerical skills.
  • Excel Skills – Pivots/ V-lookups/ Basic Calculations
  • Strong Service Orientation
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Very strong multi-tasking skills must
  • Ability to work independently
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months


It is a requirement that you are enrolled in a university or school program, are available for a period of 6 months.
