HBO/WO stage: Contract Templates in Eindhoven

​In the DAF Purchasing Department, standard documents are being used to draft agreements between DAF and its suppliers. These documents include Long Term Agreements, Development Contracts, Statements of Work, Non Disclosure Agreements, etc.

The key tasks for this assignment will be:

- Revising the contract landscape by collecting inputs from various experts, compiling those and proposing lean and effective templates.

- Define Standardization templates (for example of Supplier Status Reports) as used by the Purchasing Projects Department to track & trace project milestones

- Participate in the daily operational project meetings and ad hoc supplier meetings to learn about the Purchasing Business
