As a get-e Internship Global Operations Specialist you wil be responsible for: Account management and operational tasks.
We are looking for an ambitious and internationally oriented student. In addition to working in the team, you will participate in setting up the international growth of this company and have the opportunity to gain international experience.
As an intern, you will have the freedom to develop yourself in several areas of the company. The main activities consist of keeping in touch with our customers and transport partners worldwide and connecting transport companies to new destinations worldwide. Apart from your regular work, you will also be given the opportunity to develop new ideas within Get-e.
You provide top-notch B2B service to our customers all over the world. You are the first point of contact for B2B customers and transport suppliers. You provide quality checks for the bookings, assess the needs and wants of our customer and suppliers and communicate on a business level over the phone, via email and chat. You identify areas of improvement and think along about solutions.
