JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for talented interns to join our Ready-to-Wear team, or our new KL Jeans line! 

Provide key support in the development of the Karl Lagerfeld RTW/or Jeans collections with focus on the Technical aspects related to fitting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Measuring samples
• Creating technical specifications
• Working on sample corrections
• Ensuring all seasonal files & overviews are kept updated
• Supporting the development team in daily tasks and helping to keep the office organized
• Arranging model bookings

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Studying Garment Technology &/or Pattern cutting
• Currently enrolled in a University or Design school
• Strong skills with Microsoft office, Illustrator and InDesign
• Language: Fluent in English both verbally and written

• Has an eye for detail and consistency
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Flexibility, adaptability and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
