We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer to join our field service team in Utrecht, The Netherlands.

Who are you?

We are searching for an intern who is motivated and eager to learn. In addition, you are also someone who rolls up your sleeves and things along in the process. Your fresh perspective will help us move forward in our processes. We are looking for a 2nd or 3rd year student who:

  • Has basic ICT experience
  • Has experience with Office 365 Applications
  • Experience with Office software
  • Has experience with the operation systems in laptops (Windows 10 and Windows 11)
  • A little technical experience
  • Experience with helpdesk is a plus
  • Speaks English
  • Is competent to provide internal training
  • Is searching for an internship for minimal 2-3 days a week

Internship description

The internship is divided into 6 components:

  1. User support Office 365
  • Questions about Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Solving issues with Outlook, Excel, Word PowerPoint, etc.
  1. Office Apps support
  • Planner
  • OneDrive
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft Teams
  1. Computer support
  • S. (Windows 10 /11)
  • Updates
  • Application installation
  • Support with software issues
  • Setup if required
  1. Printers
  • Support when necessary
  1. Email platform
  • Review of spam quarantine (NL)
  1. Mobile phones
  • Migration project (New phones)
  • Support

Skills, education & job requirements:

  • ICT education
  • Motivated
  • Feeling for Technical support
  • Speaks Dutch and English
  • Able to work alone and in a team
