JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF THE ROLE


Provide daily support to the E-Commerce team in maintaining various aspects of the online flagship store KARL.COM, ranging from site merchandising and product ranking to enriching the online products and analyzing performance. The internship duration is 6 months with a start date of June or as soon as available.


Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the E-Commerce team in managing all aspects of KARL.COM
  • Assist with site merchandising and content management
  • Support in online product enrichment
  • Coordination of translation requests
  • Assist with back-end operations
  • Weekly market analysis and sales performance report
  • Assist with research and benchmarking
  • Administrative support
  • Support in office-related tasks

SKILLS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Fashion, retail, e-commerce, or business-related studies
  • Candidates should be available full time, 5 days a week, and must be enrolled in a University for the entire internship period
  • Familiar with MS Office
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud programs is a plus
  • Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written, additional spoken languages are a plus

  • Enrolled in a University for the entire duration of the internship
  • Able to work in a fast-moving and international team
  • Able to prioritize and multitask
  • Eye for detail and visual competences
  • Up to date knowledge of the online retail environment
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude
  • Start date is July 2022 with the availability for at least six months
