THE ROLE:

As a Recruitment Intern, you will have the opportunity to experience, learn and develop your skills in the 360° Recruitment Process in a fast-paced international fashion environment, by taking an active role and providing support in day-to-day tasks within the Recruitment Team.

The Recruitment Department consists of a Talent Acquisition Manager, two Talent Acquisition Specialists, and a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • First contact person within Recruitment HQ and Retail
  • Take a leading role for the hiring life-cycle of internships (collaborating with universities, pre-screening candidates, creating a selection of candidates to be assessed further by the hiring managers)
  • Handling internal and external mail and give proper follow up
  • Dealing with confidential information
  • Support in the implementation of change initiatives and Recruitment Projects
  • Support the Recruitment team with all recruitment activities such as: 
  1. Scheduling interview appointments between hiring managers and candidates
  2. Publishing job advertisements on internal and external job boards, while maintaining ongoing contact with the hiring managers about updates.
  3. Administrative tasks (e.g., preparing job offers) 


SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Need to be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period, preferably within Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or (International) Business Management
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Language: fluent in English is a pre, Dutch is a plus

  • You have an eye for detail and are able to prioritize and multitask
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must
  • Hybrid working environment 
  • Preferred start date is July 1 for a period of 6 months


Due to Dutch law we can only review your application for an internship when you are enrolled at a university or other school program.
