Provide support in day-to-day tasks within the Marketing Department.


  • Support the Marketing Manager with all Marketing initiatives and activities for Retail, Outlet, Franchise, Wholesale, and all other ad-hoc projects where needed and necessary
  • Updating calendars, contacts, budget, allocation sheets to support internal functioning of the marketing team such as supporting marketing inventory for gift with purchases and giveaways
  • Weekly and monthly reporting and analysis on current, upcoming and future marketing projects and campaigns
  • Competitor research and benchmarking
  • Briefing, coordination and implementation of marketing materials such as printed collateral, gift with purchases, POS materials
  • Coordination between key internal departments such as Retail, Wholesale, Franchise, Ecom, Press, Production, VM, Outlet etc
  • Manage dedicated and set small scale projects independently
  • Hosting of guests for KL HQ meetings
  • Administrative support for office related tasks such as invoices and expenses


  • Need to be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period
  • Fashion, Retail, Communication or Business related studies
  • Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written, and ideally French and or German-speaking
  • Good MS Office skills


  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Able to work in an international work environment
  • Interest & passion for the fashion industry
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive “can-do” attitude are a must
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Available to start by July

It is a requirement that you are enrolled in a university or school program, are available for a period of 6 months.
