THE ROLE:
As HR Retail Intern, you will provide support in day-to-day tasks within the HR Department for our retail and whole sale stores across Europe (NL, UK and Ireland, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and Poland). You will support the HR Retail team with the administration and payroll. The HR Retail team consists of an HR Retail manager, HR Business Partner and HR Officer.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the HR Team with new hire and leaver administration: drafting employment agreements, maintain employee files, creation of official documents and maintaining HR database and files.
  • First contact person for the stores within the HR department
  • Handling internal and external mail and give proper follow up
  • Prepare payroll administration
  • Dealing with confidential information
  • Support in the implementation of change initiatives and HR project

SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Need to be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period, preferably within Human Resources, (International) Business Management or Administration
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Language: fluent in English, any other language is an advantage

  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must
