As Head of CADM Oversight, you play a vital role in realising the delivery of the ABN AMRO strategy: a Personal Bank in the Digital Age. You ensure that the implementation of the Data Strategy of ABN AMRO runs smoothly by managing the multi-disciplinary team that is responsible for the day-to-day steering of the Data Joint Master Plan, one of the 23 Themes in the ABN AMRO change bank portfolio.

Some examples of your responsibilities:

• Oversee the integrated execution plan of the bank-wide Data Joint Master Plan including dependencies and budget. The Data Joint Master Plan consists out of 14 initiatives (each with their own Saga Integrators / Project Managers)
• Assess and evaluate the Data Joint Master Plan strengths, risks and identify areas for improvements
• Enforce a standard way of working, administration and reporting following bank (Agile way of working) standards
• Maintain a clear overview of the progress of the execution
• Implementing and managing interventions to resolve program challenges and risk mitigations
• Stakeholder management – including communicating on status, risks and impediments, and chairing status meetings
• Producing and facilitating timely, accurate and consistent progress reports
• Day-to-day management of the CADM oversight team, with diverse array of talents and responsibilities, (~10 FTE) focussed on facilitating and overseeing the execution

As Head of CADM Oversight, you become part of the core team responsible for overseeing the execution of the Data Strategy of ABN AMRO which is one of the 23 themes of our ‘one bank’ change portfolio. This is on your resume:

• Master’s degree
• Proven experience in managing complex programmes
• Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes (like scaled agile framework)
• Managerial experience
• Sparring partner for senior management 
• Affinity with data and architecture
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
