Business Consultant in Amsterdam

As E&E Business Consultant (Project Mngt – PMO) you will work together with the core team E&E on the on the implementation of the E&E value proposition. The E&E proposition aims to create the ‘one stop shop’ for entrepreneurs to services them on their personal and business across their lifecycle. The scope E&E involved the Retail, Private, Commercial and Cooperate Bank, as a result of this cross theme and cross business line topic requires constant effective communication and alignment between diverse and extensive group of stakeholders.

As Business Consultant (PMO) you are responsible for

• The full scope of the deliverables within E&E together the core-team
• You make allowance for continuous development, effectiveness and quality of the E&E service concept
• Your attention will be on topics such as cross business-line coordination, quarterly schedules
• Taking on an oversight role, focusing on segment processes and the associated risks, costs and capacity on E&E
• Prepare and manage Programme Planning and Progress reports
• Taking on an oversight role on E&E related CRA’s
• Monitoring of the improvement plans
• Propare Exco/Steerco and Transition Meetings
• Manage team meeting calender, taking minutes of formal meetings and complex work sessions
• Provide the basics or our communication packs and internal communication
• Communicating on theme plans, progress and achievements to broad stakeholder groups (employees, clients etc.), guided by the Execution Office
• Maintain and improve our Teams environment to create efficiency.

Your report directly to the Head CCP E&E. Your other key relationships are amongst others: the four other E&E Leads, Grid Owners, Execution Office, Business Unit (BU) execution teams, risk parties and the teams across business lines that will work with you to full fill our E&E promise

• You have knowledge and skills Project Management
• Track record in successfully navigating a complex stakeholder environment, creating alignment across grid and non-grid related change and fostering collaboration, while being driven by bank wide approach
• Ability to formulate a vision and bringing the outside-in perspective
• Making autonomous decisions, together with the E&E core team regarding the scope of E&E
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills; experienced presenter who is comfortable delivering technical content to a broader organisation
• Proactive, open and honest communicator 
• Keen on outcome oriented delivery, which contributes to the bank wide strategic goals
