The new Customer Success Intern has the opportunity to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, where he/she plays a central role in achieving ambitious growth.

 
Why do we need you?
 

Doing your internship at Lepaya gives you the opportunity to get experience in different aspects related to Sales and specifically Customer Success.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Success Intern vary from making our existing customers happy to creating webinars and developing accurate NPS measurements. You will be overall assisting the Customer Success Manager to have an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs to make sure we develop our business in the right direction. And let us first say that we are here to help you make your internship a great period of development experience!

Specifically, what would we expect you to deliver over the next 6-12 months?
 
  • Automation for impact assessments to customers
  • Overall templates for presentations, proposals etc. 
  • Create accurate and new dashboards in Power BI
  • Ensuring the happiness of existing customers
  • Create webinars for customers to improve thought leadership
  • NPS measurement 
  • Overall assistance to Customer Success Manager 

We value capabilities over formal experience, yet what would we love to see on your resume?

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English; 
  • You are comfortable interacting with people
  • Have experience with G-suite or Hubspot
