THE ROLE

Provide support in day-to-day tasks within the Marketing Department and creating visual aspects of print and digital marketing materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Marketing Team with graphics, artworking, ideation, and creative output support on all Marketing initiatives and activities for Ecomm, Retail, Outlet, Franchise, Wholesale, Licensee and all other ad-hoc divisions where needed and necessary
• Create print, digital and marketing materials including but not limited to: Printed invites, evites, GIF and static content for newsletters, POS material, Advertorials, Advertising, OOH, giveaways, gift with purchases, direct mail campaigns and additional collateral where needed
• Liaise with agencies, suppliers to support marketing materials such as giveaways, gift with purchases, printed collateral and other ad-hoc projects
• Competitor research and benchmarking
• Assist in art working presentations for the marketing department
• Coordination between key internal departments such as Retail, Wholesale, Franchise, Ecom, Press, Production, VM, Outlet etc
• Manage dedicated and set small scale projects independently

PROFILE

• Need to be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period
• Training in Graphic Design
• Demonstrate graphic design skills and strong portfolio
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and MS Office software suites
• Animation experience a plus
• Experience within premium brand or luxury sector preferable
• Previous Marketing/Design internship preferred
• Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written and ideally French and or German speaking

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Able to work in an international work environment
• Interest & passion for the fashion industry
• Flexibility, adaptability and a positive “can-do” attitude are a must
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
