HBO/WO stage: Reporting and Data Analytics in Eindhoven

You will support day-to-day business activities in the team and participate in various current projects. Moreover, you will have close contact with other departments such as warranty and R&M claim assessment, Service & Troubleshooting Information, Service Technical Support, and International Truck Services (ITS) to provide data analysis results and answer ad-hoc data related questions. You will work with a number of databases. For example, WarrantyClaims, Diagnostic Assistant, Customer Contract Management, and ITS database. By understanding and analyzing the diverse and high volume data we have, you will be able to provide useful insights to the departments to facilitate optimizing various business processes.
 
The main responsibilities are:

• Collaboration with various internal stakeholders
• Translate business questions into data requirements
•  Create and maintain ETL processes
•  Analyzing complex and high volume data from different sources using SQL
•  Discover business insights and opportunities through data analysis
•  Create reports/dashboards using various tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and Tableau
•  Automating data and reporting processes

Jouw profiel

• HBO or university education
• You have affinity with data analytics
• Knowledge of SQL is strongly preferred
• Interest in learning tools such as Power BI, SSIS/SSRS, and Tableau
• Proactive and fast learner
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Able to work with various stakeholders
