Integrator - Data Strategy in Amsterdam

As our Integrator, you play a vital role in realising the delivery of the ABN AMRO strategy: a Personal Bank in a Digital Age. You orchestrate and guide the implementation of part of the Data Strategy of ABN AMRO, including value creation, timely delivery, change management, risk management and decision making. You closely align with the relevant teams and departments involved in delivering the theme.

Some examples of your responsibilities: 

• Being responsible for the orchestration and guidance of the implementation part of the Data Strategy of ABN AMRO by working together and aligning with key stakeholder involved in delivery
• Ensuring that there is a clear roadmap and up-to-date and relevant overviews of status, decisions, impediments and dependencies in coordination with the central Oversight team
• Identify areas where efficiency can be improved, come up with solutions to this, and ensure that there is a positive result 
• Manage the cadence of communication across relevant teams and departments in line with the theme-wide cadence
• Being responsible for the alignment and resolution of dependencies and risks across teams within your scope, executing this through leveraging project management skills such as risk management, scheduling, and quality management
• Orchestrating the timely delivery of deliverables with dependencies across teams by respecting everyone’s responsibility in this process
• Ensure theme objectives are integrated well across the teams and departments within your scope

As our Integrator, you become part of the core team responsible for overseeing the execution of the Data Strategy of ABN AMRO which is one of the 23 themes of our ‘one bank’ change portfolio. In this new, growing team of professionals, which will grow to around seventeen colleagues in total, we work on a daily basis to ensure that we remain on track with our ambition to unlock the power of data. In your day-to-day work you will play a key role in making sure that the initiative for which you are responsible runs smoothly. You do so by implementing the way of working of the Data Strategy execution. You orchestrate timely delivery by ensuring everyone delivers according to their responsibility, by identifying risks and helping to manage them under control, and by facilitating and supporting all actors within your scope. Next to your day-to-day work, there is room to design, create and implement new processes especially when you are the one who is suggesting the change for the better! 
 
The team you become part of is in constant collaboration with all business lines, international branches and subsidiaries of the bank. We all work together at the frontier of the largest data revolution in the banking industry and with the core value-assets of the organization. 

You are a practical thinker, a do-er, whose behaviour reflects the culture principles of courage, care and collaboration. This is reflected by your eagerness to learn, the questions you dare to ask and the status quo you are willing to challenge. While connecting stakeholders, building bridges and collaborating across silos you are at your best. While engaging with various different stakeholders, and mobilizing them through difficult transitions, you are able to keep a holistic view on things, allowing you to easily translate what you see into concrete actions. You know how to handle conversations on various management levels, and know which information you should present and in what format depending on the stakeholder groups you are dealing with.

This is on your resume:

• Master’s degree
• Strong in project management (agile environments preferred), reflected in your experience
• Proof of highly analytical capabilities, reflected in your experience
• Familiarity with data
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
